Rizzo's Roast Beef & Pizza — Restaurant in Peabody

Exremely dissapointing. Will not give this establishment my business in the future.

My one star if for the service (lack of) and delivery. I ordered online and took over 1.5 Hours!. I called 2xs during this this time to check the status - girl said on it was on its way and had left 10 mins ago... Both times that I called! On my secoond call, how couldn't have left 10 minutes ago when it left 10 minutes ago a half an hour before when I called the first time. Demeanor was also unsatisfactory.

For the food/quality I will also stick with a 1 also. If the food had been hot it wouldn't have been bad but the pizza was closer to room temperature in the other item we bought was cold.

I am really only a few blocks down the road the only so I have no idea what or why this would this long to deliver. The only reason why I ordered delivery was because I was not feeling well and had just gotten home from a full day of travel. Not only will I NEVER order for delivery from Rizzo's, I will never give them my business again due to the rudeness of the warmer when I called and the length of time it took to deliver and the fact that is was cold was the clincher.

I wish I could have cancelled and just ordered elsewhere but it was fairly late in the evening by the time it got here and I had no food in...

I've ordered many times from this place and always enjoyed the food. Today, the website for online ordering changed my order to something I had previously ordered by some kind of default setting mistake. After I realized, I proceeded to call the store and let them know that the order was wrong and they essentially told me to go screw. Said it "most definitely wasn't a website mistake" and that they wouldn't change the order because it was already made. I told them I did not want the incorrect food and that I would like to be refunded, and they said it wasn't their fault and that they won't be doing anything to resolve it. Not only were they extremely RUDE about it, but their dismissive attitude and refusal to offer a resolution or refund guaranteed I will NEVER eat at this place again and tell everyone to steer clear for their absolute garbage customer service. I'm now out of $30 AND a lunch. Thank god for bank...

TERRIBLE SERVICE! We ordered online for pick up and when I got there they told me we were at the wrong pizza spot. I believed them and checked and found out I was actually in the right place. I confront them again about this and they say they never got the order. But claimed they could have it done in 10 minutes. Once it came to pay they were very precise on what I ordered, then I saw they had my order the whole time. So they lied to me about not having it and made me wait longer and refused to acknowledge that they lied. There was also a man who was waiting longer than I was for his online order too. I would have understood and appreciated just letting me know you messed up but to lie about it was not a good move from them. My family and I go here at least twice a week and unfortunately we now are going to have to look for...
