Honestly best food. Love coming here for the food and dont mind spending the money. But the woman that serves there is not nice at all. Everyone can tell shes never in a good mood. Honestly have put up with it because i really enjoy the food. I seen other people feel uncomfortable because of service. But the last straw was when i went with my family(2 adults - 1 child), on a rainy day. Got there right at 2 and said we couldn’t eat there because they take lunch at 2:50. We literally had 50 min to eat. We even said we could eat fast. There was literally no one else in there. I dont get how they want to stay in business with that kind of service. Please change the hours or something because its inconvenient. I always take a 20 min drive to get there. And i did put low stars because they have no way of contacting anyone on their website because i would have rather spoken to a manager or owner first but this is the only way this message can get across i guess.
Edit: For management- as i finished the review, i saw the host lock the door right at 2:22pm. I would think that isn’t good...
Read moreYesterday we went to a Korean Restaurant in Peabody. Though the restaurant is just basic but very clean and quiet. We ordered Yachaejeon, Spicy Barbecued Chicken Bibimbap and Bulgogi.
Yachaejeon is Korean style pancakes made with veggies. It's quite different than scallion pancakes. It was soft, stuffed with lots of veggies and tasted very good.
Spicy Barbecued Chicken Bibimbap is served in a hot sizzling stoneware bowl filled with steamed white rice topped with a variety of assorted veggies, cooked meat and finally topped with a fried egg. Though they call it spicy, but it was not that spicy for me. It was very fresh and tasty, I really liked the flavor mix.
Bulgogi is Barbecued Beef served with rice and Kimchi. This was served on a sizzling hot plate, was a little spicy and just delicious!
Food is not very cheap at K-Restaurant, but it's worth the price. We really liked their food and visit again if we are...
Read moreAmazing spot for Korean cuisine staples. Of all the things I ordered, my wife and I loved them all. The galbi is so very worth it. True bulgogi flavor in each tender bite. The spicy chicken was reminiscent of sesame chicken, but it came with a spicy sauce that took it up a notch and made it that much tastier. The korean pancakes are a definite must-have. It blew us away from the first bite all the way to the last. The dipping sauce makes all the flavors sing Hallelujah all up in your taste buds. Lastly, the kimchi udon was very satisfying to eat. I love the texture of udon, and they flavored it extremely well. Every dish was very different, yet all went well with each other. The service was quick and kind, and the restaurant was very clean. What more can you ask for? I definitely recommend this place if you get a hankering for good Korean food or if you've never...
