Came here from out of town and I’m not used to Choctaw Mexican cuisine which is not the issue. The issue is as soon as we walked in it seems like they were prejudice. They were very short and cold. We ordered to go- A seafood platter, shrimp and steak fajitas(no shrimp in sight), a taco salad and 2 kids taco plates it all came out to over $90 which I can’t conceive in my mind but I’m sure they make their own pricing up dependent on the customer because they don’t have updated menus online or a website. We proceed to leave and eat our food NOTHING was good everything was cold, I’m cool with that because you live and you learn. The problem lies with them claiming catfish in the seafood platter and that was fictitious and the fact that the taco salad tasted like chemicals were in it and made me and my friend gag that was the last straw. I usually don’t take food back I chuck it up to a loss but heck no. When we came back to return the $40 worth of food we were met with gleaming eyes. Also we added a queso you would think at most maybe $10… $17.99. Yeah this place sucks and if you’re from anywhere other than Mississippi and your melanated this food is the bottom of the barrel in my...
Read moreFirst off let me just say this, The FOOD was okay ! There was hair on my chips, Sweet Tea wasn’t sweet enough but I was thankful & did not want to complain. The female and male workers would STARE ME DOWN giving me dirty looks, i am a black lady btw.. ! I didn’t say anything or do nothing. The atmosphere was THE WORST. There was only 1 man that was nice enough to check on me, which he was not even a waitress! He was a cook !!! They didn’t ask for refills or asked if im good. It felt as if i wasnt wanted there or anything. Such rude workers !! People please don’t spend your money here ! This is family owned and they wont care about you at all. Go to another mexican restaurant! I prefer the one behind...
