Terrible experience. The staff was incredibly rude and unwelcoming from the start. What really stood out (in the worst way) was how they openly bad-mouthed other customers right in front of guests, loudly and without shame. So for a resort that is practicing all CDC guidelines, and accommodations first place I’ve ever been too that is NOT doing to go plates.
