Your app is terrible. And I will go on the App Store to review how terrible it is. I placed an order and was shown a fake address to go to on the app supposedly the location for the Burger King. Then I get there and there is no physical Burger King location. Then I get to the nearest location searching in google maps and found the location on my own outside of the app. So I had to drive around finding and guessing which Burger King to go to. Then you have items displayed for sale on your app like the tacos, then we get to the location and we are told they don’t sell tacos in the location. Then why display them on the app as a purchase item if you don’t even have them? Fix your location in the app, fix your inventory so it reflects correctly in the app to what you actually have in...

I ordered through the app at 11:00pm. It was 11:30pm when I came to pickup my order. The drive thru closes at 12am. The speaker was off. I had to knock on the window 2 times to get someone at the window. It took a while to get someone's attention. They were cleaning. The lady at the drive thru said, "We're closed. " I told her it's 11:45am and I have a mobile order. Your drive thru hours say you close at 12am. She said she'll see if she can make it. She came back 10-15 minutes later and gave me the food. She was not rude to me directly, but you can tell she was upset and annoyed. I drove off at 11:59pm. went here on tuesday afternoon around 4 or 5 and got chicken nuggets. I get bk nuggets all the time and ive never been let down. I understand this is a new location, but if the nuggets have uncooked spots on them, u can just leave them in the fryer for an extra 30 sec to a min. Seriously. There were also 3 nuggets stuck to one another and the spots where they were stuck at were also undercooked. Im pretty sure most ppl would rather have their nuggets a little extra fried than undercooked.
