The trails are beautiful, but since the construction was completed with the under pass from south to north under Shadow Creek Pkwy, the volume of traffic (people) increased for bad. All we ask is respect the wildlife, DO NOT FEED THE DUCKS BREAD! they have their own source of food for long there, bread is also not good for them! Do not fish! it says clearly, is not for fishing, yes, are fishes and turtles, so leave them alone! Do not leave your dogs run loose, first not all people like dogs (I love them but I know many don't) and also they left them to chase the ducks along the pound. Again, humans seems to ruin everything? Not sure if is any authority who can post signs about NOT FEEDING any animals, and keep your kids close, as often see them very close to the water for check on the ducks or turtles. And do not allow the UTV or motorcycles, is not a place for it.

We have been here in the late fall and early spring and both times have been beautiful. In late fall we saw plenty of birds, butterflies, millipedes and deer. Our trip today we saw a snake, ducks, and turtles. The walk is one way then you turn around and come back making it about 2-2.5 miles long. You can ride bikes, scooters, and use strollers. Use plenty of sunblock because the first mile does not have much shade. No bathrooms in the area either so go before you start the walk.

If you wanna get back to nature in the city of Pearland. This is your place. Plenty of rest benches, a drinking fountain for you and your pet friend. Need a break from the sun have that too. Loved this paved trail. Lots of Gods creation to see. Now the time to see new growth everywhere. Don’t forget to look up. Enjoy. Can get 1.5 mile to end by the library and then some if take different fingers off. Enjoy!!!!

It's kind of just a concrete pathway through some tall grass right now. It does have a decent observation deck overlooking the marsh, but there are rarely many animals to see. All of the wooded area where the deer were is gone now. There are some nice information stations though and it is a good place to relax or take a walk (about 1.5 miles to the end and back). My wife and I used to ride our bikes there, but you either have to stop and turn around at the end near the wastewater treatment plant, or continue onto the sidewalk in front of the apartments crossing two driveways and then into the street because the...

It's a decent park. Kinda small, and basically just a path through the marsh, but it is a nice haven for local wildlife and a great place for birdwatching. It is South Texas, so the heat is intense most of the year, and mosquitoes start to come out the closer it gets to summer. But it's really nice to have a nature park close to Shadow Creek, especially given the neighborhood's affluence. In fact it's probably there due to Shadow Creek's affluence, but it's a welcome change from the nice, upper-middle class neighborhood to a small restrained wilderness. My only complaint is that there aren't...
