The Shack Cafe — Restaurant in Pearson

Worst customer service ever!! One of the cooks claimed that there was no order for me when I paid. She said that I had to go around again to make an order. I showed her the amount that I paid. So I went inside the restaurant and showed them. Turns out that they had my order the whole time just that they didn't bother to ask the name it was under. Everytime we go, the staff there always have an attitude with us. I also heard that they do not like when we go to that restuarant because "we order too much food"???? I mean you get paid for us to order right? LOL.. They claim-with an attitude- that they give you everything in the bag when in reality they do not. I always have the ranch missing! They get mad when we ask for the stuff that is missing when we intially ordered it!! Literally! MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS IN THE BAG BEFORE YALL LEAVE!! The food is alright--I give it to them on...

The tea was awesome.... if you like it sweet, we ordered the onion pedals... OMG out of this world..... and I ordered the 8oz porterhouse (med).... cooked to perfection. Just want to say we were from Plant City,FL on our way back to our hunting lease 5 of us and one of us went back the next day and bought 4 trays of fries because we were having venison burgers and we wanted the best sweet potato waffle fries..... oh did I mention the bread with the honey butter freshly made....
