I visited Subway yesterday, and my experience started off well until an employee named Tyler came in to serve me. I noticed that he didn’t wash his hands, even though he had just returned from his break. While making my sandwich, he handled the toppings carelessly and pressed them down roughly.
When I asked for chipotle and mayo dressings, he went to the back to get more. Then, both employees went to the back and started laughing, which made me feel uncomfortable. I couldn’t help but suspect something was wrong, especially since Tyler and I have had issues in the past from high school.
This experience made me question the cleanliness and professionalism of the staff. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures better hygiene and customer service...
