New Dragon — Restaurant in Pelion

When I called to place the order the lady whom answered the phone was completely rude. I let that go and decided to just grab the food as it was Father’s Day weekend so I figured she was just overwhelmed by them being busy… that being said I got there to get the food to be told I couldn’t use Apple Pay unless I paid a larger fee than they have listed as the credit/debit fee … I chose to just use my physical card and pay the 50 cent fee. The lady behind the counter was extremely rude and disrespectful and was yelling for me to sign the receipt but refused to give me a pen thankfully I had one in my wallet so I signed and handed it back to her she then threw my bag of food into my hand I made a comment about how customer service is a real thing and she was acting ridiculous! I get home with my food, I ordered sweet and sour chicken with plain lomein chicken on a stick and fried crab wontons, the chicken all tasted like shrimp or fish like it was cooked in bad grease the lomein was burnt my egg roll was burnt the wontons only had cream cheese also tasted like fish and burnt I will not ever go back to this place after eating this food my husband and I shared the food and we both have food poisoning… I refuse to ever go here again and have notified dhec bbb and consumer affairs of this situation! They should be shut down and allow a new owner to come take over who is actually going to make good food ! Small town it’s sad we can’t have a good Chinese place. Also wanted to put this out there I spent a good bit of money for VERY small portion size I will make the commute to Gaston as the food it...

I ordered on line, , and got the email to confirm, went to pick it up and they said they didn't get, it, I ran to car to get phone and I showed the unfriendly women behind counter, she's always unfriendly, and she said she didn't get it , so I said I have do it here, she walked away and then she got on 0hone and talked and talked the man in kitchen came and stood there looking at her then me not know what was going on, I waited and waited, finally I yelled at the man and said I guess you don't want my order, he came over to get it and I said forget it and left, they lost $40 order plus all the other ones I would have been making , but want go back. I don't care if they own it, service means something that women needs to retire. now I know why there scores are low, it's the women, she's losing...

SMH what the hell? This place seriously just gave me sweet and sour chicken (without the red sauce) tossed it in honey chicken sauce, and had the audacity to call it honey chicken. 😡 Any time I get sesame chicken it's always stuck together in lumps and I littarally have to use a knife to separate it. The best thing about this place is the chicken on a stick and it JUST got to where it's good. I live in Pelion and I go to the Chinese food place in Swansea instead of this place. The only reason we went tonight is because my husband didn't feel making the drive to Swansea. Oh yea and the customer service is horrible!!! I'll drive to Swansea myself before I settle on this lackluster...
