Unfair Accusation and Disappointing Experience at The Tiki Hut

I recently dined at The Tiki Hut, and I am compelled to share my disappointing experience. Unfortunately, my visit was marred by an unwarranted accusation and an overall lackluster atmosphere.

To my surprise, I was falsely accused by the restaurant staff of taking photos. I want to clarify that I did not engage in any such activity during my time there. This accusation not only made me feel uncomfortable but also cast a shadow over my entire dining experience. The crazy part is the dad and sister of the bartender was there. They came up to me and braided and threatened me. I even showed them my photo history and the sister said “I don’t care”. Just absolutely crazy. My guess is they miss understood who was taking the photos because I didn’t take my phone out at all all night. I sure hope they have video because I will be sure to speak to the manager. Even other customer were wowed by the fact of the unprofessional of the staff and staff family members.

I sincerely hope that The Tiki Hut takes customer feedback seriously and addresses these issues promptly. Falsely accusing patrons and providing lackluster service is not the way to establish a positive reputation. I trust that they will take appropriate measures to improve their customer interactions and overall dining experience.

As a result of my experience, I cannot recommend The Tiki Hut to others. I hope my review helps both the management and potential diners understand the shortcomings of my visit. I do expect a personally apology from the staff and management.

This is by far the most exceptional environment on Logan Martin. The staff and customers are the friendliest on the lake. I have been using this marina for 12+ year and they have been improving from year to year. The staff and management have been outstanding. The food is always top notch and extremely fresh.
