So the reason for 4 stars is because I called 3 times trying to get a refund but it was through the mobile app I had given the ice cream back to the manager after taking 1 bite because it tasted like chemicals probably from them cleaning the machine, i left my name for the owner who was supposed to call me back or refund me he didn't, I called left my name and number again still nothing. Finally I called again today the manager remembered who I was and offered to let me taste the ice cream and remake it promising the ice cream was better this time and even gave me an extra one for free the manager Trey gets 5 stars for good customer service. We ordered a child's cheeseburger meal. The child opened his bag and announced... where are my fries! This was his first trip to D.Q. and we were telling him how awesome D.Q. is. Needless to say we were extremely disappointed. The only 2 items to put into the child's bag was a cheeseburger and fries.... and there were no fries.
