Melanzana Pizza — Restaurant in Pemberton Township

I have ordered from this establishment for over two years, under it's old and new management and name. I have had items delivered and picked them up as well.

Sadly the management / name change did nothing for the continually poor service.

Tonight was the last straw. I placed a pick up order, I had the young lady taking the order read it back to me before hanging up......and they GOT IT WRONG AGAIN !!!!!!!!

They have a great variety of food and it is generally very good it's just ruined by the consistent inaccuracies.

There are several other dining options within 1/2 mile and unless they can successfully address the inconsistencies there will be one less.

UPDATE 2/28 I tried again, despite my better judgement.

Disappointed again, sadly not surprised.

Will not make the same mistake again, what a shame because the food is good.......when they get it right.

Busy is not an excuse.

Sadly the new ownership has not improved the product or personnel.

Ordered delivery and was told 30 - 45 minutes. An hour and fifteen minutes later I called and was met with profuse apologies and the assurance my order would arrive shortly. 20 minutes later it arrived cold and incorrect. The Greek salad did not have the chicken on it as described in the menu and the chicken marsala was inedible, it was cold with a mixture of what appeared to be canned and fresh mushrooms in a dark brown sauce/gravy with dark black lumps of who knows what. I tried a piece of the chicken and it was like rubber.

Any negative posts prior to this one are moot. This specific Tony Soprano's Pizza location is Under New Management, Warren, currently the man in charge, hooks the best pizza in South Jersey hands down. I've been eating pizza for over 35 years and I have to tip my hat to the man he really gets itin the oven. I live in Chatsworth a small village in Burlington County, the only local pizza shop romanzas Pizza & Grill is horrible but delivers to my house. About to watch Game of Thrones with my girlfriend we order from romanzas a large Sicilian with sausage peppers and onions. This pizza was horrible raw under cooked onions is the worst, and I had specifically asked for well done, some of the cheese wasn't even melted. I drove this stinking Pizza back to romanzas and told them they better step up their game. On the way out I called Warren at Sopranos and asked him to cook me the same pie. Drove to their location with a smile on my face knowing that I was going to get exactly what I wanted. Warren will gladly do the Pepsi challenge and put any of his signature pizzas to...

They don't even know their own menu. Regardless of what you order. Instead of reaching out to confirm or change. They will change to what they think is the closest. They claim they had NO idea what it was that I ordered. REALLY?it's YOUR menu. They had never heard of it. Seriously? Again your menu? Their food overall isn't really anything to call home to mom about either. Italian restaurant who doesn't know how to prepare simple and easy bruschetta? It's not often I judge someone else cooking. This iS a business serving our community. It truly was disgusting. It was on really thick but small tall untoasted french bread. It was drenched in . I m talking the bread was like raw goo being too wet. The taste was bizarre. It was obvious they haven't been rotating their stock. The slaw was sour. Fries were cold and I think left over. NOT a good experience. We just threw it all out. The delivery person was a pleasure though. I did get a fast refund for their menu hiccup. Will never order myself nor...
