I was very disappointed, about two weeks ago, I ordered a chicken ceaser wrap, the middle of the chicken was raw, so I had no choice but to throw it out. I ordered again tonight and asked for an Italian hogie, with oil vinegar, onions, etc. They missed all of the garnishes that I requested. The sandwich tasted like a ham and cheese hogie, nothing Italian about it, but a few pieces of salami, it was missing the cappicola mentioned on the menu. When I called to let them know, they offered to send another one, and I declined after waiting over an hour for two hogies. I guess I will go back to ordering from my usual place. Attempted to give them a try to no avail.

Deleted the Slice app - no longer will we order from here. Nothing against the food, but they can only mess up your order so many times before you cut ties. Today was the final straw. Ordered ahead for a 5pm delivery for our granddaughter’s birthday party. They delivered it already at 1:57pm. Also, ordered 1 pepperoni, 1 sausage and 2 plain cheese. Got all plain cheese. So, now we’ll just be reheating the pies up when everyone arrives. Let’s hope it’s at least edible and not cardboard by then. Hubby stole a slice and said the dough tasted stale. No bueno.

I guess everyone can make a mistake, but if I had seen it in advance, I would never have accepted the product. Also the Margarita Pizza is a white pizza with aged Mozzarella, not fresh. also a disappointing pizza at best. Time to try a new pizza place. Plesantly surprised with their empanadas, very good. A nice change when looking for something different.

Horrible service... Every time i go there they try charging me more then the food is priced in there menu. when i call them out on it its always an excuse "Image how many people they do this to on a regular and don't even realize"...... When again today tried charging me 2$ MORE Then posted price when i told them it was wrong gave me the extra back. then proceeded to refuse to let me use the garlic powder and parm cheese for my dinner stating it cost to much to let me.. then when asking if i could have a very small side of sauce for my sandwich since it was dry owner said he would have to charge me.. I asked him to show me where on the menu it states the price of a side of sauce for food i ordered he could not show me..

this is just the latest problem with this establishment!!!!! I can show you with my card statments over the last 3 months how many time they have tried to over charge me....... IF you value your time and money do not eat...

Been ordering from Papi's since I moved to Browns Mills! Definitely the best pizzeria in 20 mile radius. Food is always fresh, hott and very satisfying!! God himself eats at Papi's when in the area!! Wouldn't want my family ordering from any other place in town!! The young lady taking orders at the counter Kayla, is always smiling, willing to take your order or help with any problems. The delivery drivers are always on time, FOOD IS HOT and very pleasant to speak with. Especially Nancy!! TO THE OWNER AND KITCHEN STAFF..
