I was in the Lumberton area on a very rainy night; and, went into a Dunkin Store because I was completely lost; and needed a cup of Dunkin Coffee and help with directions. I met an outstanding Dunkin employee, (very intelligent young man, extremely well spoken), who took care of all the customers in the drive through; and still patiently gave me perfect directions to get safely back on the road, headed in the right direction in a terrible rain storm. I ordered my favorite Dunkin sourdough breakfast sandwich and that much needed cup of awesome Dunkin coffee. The Dunkin emplyee at the same time politely provided the directions I needed. I was very lost and seriously confused as a result of the very bad rain storm that night; and, with the help of this excellent Dunkin employee, I got back on the road; and, made it home safely. I usually get a Medium Caramel Craze Signature Iced Latte which by the way is not cheap..$5.11 to be exact. Within the last 8 months my drink does not taste as it should. All it tastes like is an Iced Regular coffee with a ton of creamer and sugar. I taste no flavoring in it at all, it tastes ‘awful’. First off no apology (or any kind of sincere emotion) and he told me my car engine was too loud and he couldn't hear me. My engine is quiet number one. Number two a plane was going above and I told him that. I was polite the whole time. My friend was in the car and even confirmed to him yes i did say caramel latte not mocha. He even repeated me on the speaker.
