Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Pembroke Pines

Pizza Hut doesn’t care about customer service, I had to review. Order online on Pizza Hut website. Waiting on my order see it should have arrived at 8:21pm at 9:03pm I am still trying to figure out what is going on, the drive contacted me to say he confirmed the order is ready by mistake. Okay no problem, couple minutes later he messaged pizza is burnt, they’re making a new one, I can cancel for a new dasher to pickup the order. First of all I ordered from Pizza Hut not door dash or dasher. It’s the store’s responsibility to contact me. Also when you order directly from Pizza Hut it’s not straightforward to cancel. As I write this review I have been on hold for 21 minutes waiting for someone at Pizza Hut to answer the call. Anyways many more pizza places to order from. In these times I will give my money to companies how care about customer service. Oh by the way this is not the first time and not the second time.

The store never answered my call, pizza showed up at 9:18pm I ordered it from 7:52pm Pizza is cold when we received our order not sure what was burnt. It’s not cooked properly and which they had answered the phone so I could cancel. Mistakes happen but it’s how you fix...

Called and order to personal pans for my girls. I was at the indoor playground next door I didn’t want to leave my kids in there. So I called and politely asked to pay over phone and if someone can meet me at the door. Young lady was rude from initial call. And I canceled my order and proceeded to tell her how rude she was and she hung up in my face. Sounds like she’s un happy with her life. I believe her name is Ramona and she is the manager. Unhappy with working for Pizza Hut. While so many others are less fortunate and would be happy to be working. People like her shouldn’t be representing persons...

Very Rude Customer Service. I called over 3 times and they would constantly cancel my calls over and over. I then went to visit the place asking for the manager and was completely ignored then given a terrible response. The workers there refused to give me the manager or even listen to what I had to say and said things like "You must be having a bad day" Yeah no wonder cause i'm trying to order a pizza and all you do is cancel my calls everytime i'm trying to place a order not only that but I knew for sure it was on purpose when they said they would put me on another "line". I never had an issue with this...
