6 of us came for a family dinner on a Saturday night in November. We didn’t have a res and only waited ten minutes for a table. The building itself is very nice, and I think the restaurant is trying to be fancy, but it really was just average. There’s a TV at every table, but fine dining prices, kind of mixed messages. The ceiling is open to the rafters and it was very loud inside. I felt like I was yelling at my family the entire time. Service was slow. Out of the 6 of us 5 ordered beer and one ordered a water, but drinks took forever. I ordered a side salad and a turkey dinner. I was impressed by the side salad, but underwhelmed by the turkey dinner. The turkey was rubbery and the mashed potatoes tasted like they were instant. I thought the prices were a bit high for Pembroke NH in the middle of nowhere. The meal was ok. I may go back for a cocktail and a sandwich in the summer and sit outside, but not for dinner.

This place is a wonderful experience you've likely missed. First you don't need to be a member to enjoy this restaurant. The food is always quality and improving by the day as they find their specific niche. The drinks are varied and delicious. The service from Chelsea and Amy makes for a warm, and inviting atmosphere that will make you feel at home and want to come back. Absolutely a great experience you should join!

Wonderfully beautiful dining experience with views, pleasant service and deliciously diverse menu! Accommodation for dietary purposes were met with ease and presented to the same standard as menu listed items. Also, TONS of taps offering a large variety of beverage choices!

I want so much to like this place, but it continues to disappoint. We usually like to write to the restaurant privately before posting a public review. We did this, and got no response from the manager/owner. Our last visit earlier this week was yet another disappointment. It took forever to get our drinks delivered, which were wrong. Then, another long period before our food arrived. Both dishes were either cold or lukewarm, and my wife’s chicken fingers were overcooked and dry. The steak and cheese had tasted reasonably good, albeit only being served warm. Unfortunately, our server repeatedly stopped in on other tables, but never came near us to check on our food quality, so we couldn’t do much about it. You might ask why we keep coming back. One reason is our friends liked the place, and invited us to come with them (they have stopped coming). Another is that it COULD be a really nice place to eat. We had heard that a new manager had taken over and took a chance on things getting better. If so, there is more work to do. Just because you have a captive audience of golfers doesn’t mean you can slack off and serve mediocre food and provide sub-standard service. We want you to succeed, which is why we are taking the time to write this review. Please, please, try to improve, and pay attention to...

Went there tonight. Tried to call and see if we could reserve a table but no one would answer the phone. Our first time calling we sat on hold for roughly 15 mins. No one answered. Hung up and tried again. Still no answer. We decided to try our luck and went there. The hostess told us there was at least a 45 min wait with tons of tables open. The kitchen was backed up. We had no problem sitting and waiting and having a drink while we waited but wouldn't be sat. Idk this isn't our first bad experience there. The food is great but I think we are tired of wasting our time there. My other half told me I should find a manager and have a conversation with her. We have had one before. We tell our friends the food is great but good luck with the rest. They were more concerned at seating tables of...
