Wish I could say better, but I ordered a Buffalo Chicken sub with only cheese. Got home and found lettuce, tomato, and a horrific amount of ranch dressing included. My wife tried a tuna melt sub, and it literally had almost no tuna on it. But it must have had 4 tomatoes as a substitute. Their pizza was good. But absolutely far below all expectations.

Unfortunately, it was a later order on a Saturday night, and by the time we were able to sit down and eat, you had already closed since it was after 10 pm. Thank you for addressing the tuna with the kitchen. When we placed the order, we specifically said just the Buffalo Chicken and cheese. A way to navigate this is for the persons taking the order to double check if the customer wants all of the fixings included. Especially if there are any possible allergies, otherwise it could be a liability on your establishment, which we, nor anyone should want! Thank you very much for the offer and suggestion to address it. We did love the cornmeal used on the underside of the pizza along with the flavor! It was really well balanced. I hate giving bad reviews but my pregnant wife ordered online at 652pm. The promise time said 755pm. We didn't get our pizza until 908pm. I gave a call and the poor gal was beside herself and said the the online times should be updated but it's not fixed yet. So my question is, what is a promise time? I tipped the delivery gal 25% because she was flustered and said delivery wasn't even her job. All in all the pizza was actually hot and not soggy which shows that the operation weren't lacking with the driver but within the kitchen. The delivery gal was even flustered. She said she wasn't even a delivery person. I tipped 25% because it wasn't her fault. The pizza itself: good hand tossed non pan conveyor belt crust with cornmeal instead of flour bottom. The sauce had too much sugar and my peppers tasted like they came from a wok at a Chinese restaurant. I feel sorry for the delivery folks and will not be returning. I would rather eat the typical south shore greecey conveyor belt pie found at every corner. And most importantly, I could have driven to Santarpios and back before my...

!st time getting pizza here ,,, it was sublime !! In addition,, we experienced the best customer service ever !! We ordered a pizza for pick up,, when we arrived,, the server was shocked to say,, "A guy just picked it up!"... apparently, another customer took our pizza,,, !!! He left his chicken tenders, and took our pizza !!! We were all kind of shocked,, who would do that ? The manager said,, "Do you have 8 minutes?..I ll remake your pie,,, and please take the chicken tenders and a drink on me !! This was soooo unexpected,, We waited,, ( while eating the best chicken tenders ever., and our wait was well worth it,,, the PIZZA was perfect.. I am a hardened New Yorker,, and I was so surprised by #1 the friendliness, and #2 ,,, the crust ,,,!!!
