HAIRY DAIRY! Un real! I went today to get my husband his annual Father’s Day DQ cake. When the rude girl handed it to me I said” awe honey I’m sorry this cake has TWO hairs on it”. I wasn’t rude or angry. She said “ do you want a refund ?” I said no I want a cake. She took the cake to the back it was back there for a while. Another girl brings the cake out and hands it to me. Won't service ever seen. Employees were out of control. Manager is useless. Went through the drive thru which runs around the entire lot and spills over into the road and neighboring parking lot. Took 15-20 minutes to get to the speaker.. Get to the speaker and noone says a word. Wait for 5 minutes and see the cars in front continue to move. Decided to proceed to the drive thru window to place my order since there was no answer at the speaker. Was told that they cannot take my order at the window and needed to go back through the line again. Ask for a manager and she states she is the manager. Asked for her bosses number and was told they dont have it there but you can go online.. She won't serve me and closes the window and turns her back. Wait another 2 minutes with...

Employee's are very rude and disrespectful. Got our order totally wrong in the drive thru and when we told the young lady at the window about our order being wrong you would have thought we cursed her out. So we took the wrong order home a put it in the freezer hoping to return it the next day when the owner was there. After leaving several massages on the answering machine for the owner about our situation we received no return call. So unprofessional, such a shame im 55 years of age and probably been going to that Verona rd location since I was at least 10. Now I have to drive all the way to monroeville for our ice-cream fix.
