Bacio Pizza Italian Grill — Restaurant in Penn Township

I’m So Impressed!!!! What can I say, I’m a little late to the Bacio’s Pizza Party, I Like Pizza On Rotation, I’m someone who Eats at Multiple Places locally, as an award winning chef and food writer, I’m obligated to, But let me tell You, I will be eating at and Recommending Bacio’s Pizza a whole lot more, I stopped in tonight after about a year of Seeing all their Beautiful, Delicious, and super talented creations on Facebook…. (If you don’t already follow their social media be sure to, it’s great, and always showcases something that’ll get Your mouth-watering!!!!) ….I was greeted by the super-friendly Linda, She was fabulous, Super kind, and knew right away we needed a moment to look over their super creative menu, It’s difficult to find something that compares to their creativity Here, for someone who Feels so many places are so limited with their offerings, Bacio’s truly offers something for everyone, I ordered their waffle, and regular French fries, And a large 8 cut pepperoni pizza and between two people the food was so delicious as you can see there wasn’t a crumb left!!!! We also had to try dessert, I never order desserts when I go out, But I can honestly tell you there’ll probably never be a time I visit Bacio’s in the future and leave without it, I tried the Pistachio, and Tuxedo chocolate Ice cream cake / pie, the chocolate was superb, it reminded me of DQ’s Famous Ice Cream Cake, But only in the shape of a much more manageable shape of a pie slice, The Pistachio was pure wonder on the palate, I’ve never tasted something that was so Beautifully delicious and literally dissolved in your mouth, I couldn’t believe their desserts, Their Pizza by the way is not to be missed It’s a perfect combination of Toppings to crust to sauce ratio, and I Loved that little bit of an English muffin taste in the crust, I plan on returning soon to try the meals and strombolis, the restaurant is super clean, the service is fast and super-friendly, I’m amazed by Bacio’s and feel like I’ve really been missing a very special gem over the last several years, and they deliver within a five mile radius!!!! Bacio’s Has brought a Taste of Italy to our Small Town with Spectacular Taste, And As many flavor combinations as you could ever hope for, The perfect description I can think of for Bacio’s is This place has something special for everyone no matter what you enjoy most, It’s also a place with so many options And such variety that you could Eat Here Every day and never grow tired of it, I can’t wait to come back and will be sure to tell others to give it a try in the...

Extremely disappointed in the dishonesty of this restaurant. I made an order at the wrong restaurant and called literally within 6 minutes, trying to cancel the order. I even offered for them to keep the tip for the inconvenience. The woman lied and said the order was already made. Although I knew pizzas can’t be made in 6 minutes, I still tried to work with the lady- she was rude, disrespectful, kept telling me “I don’t know what you expect me to do”. Then she lied and told me she would apply some kind of discount and she would call me right back after talking to the owner. I never received a call back- it would’ve taken her 3 minutes to cancel an order and she chose to steal my money and not even try to work with me as a human courtesy. More importantly, pizzas aren’t made in 6 minutes!!! She has lost not only me as a customer for that business but many folks I will make sure to tell.

update since owners reply: i never demanded a full refund why would i when i know i chose the wrong location by mistake?, my exact words were "can you please help me?" SHE mentioned that she would look into a partial refund and call me back, which she never did. Any kind of offer would have been better than how she treated me- especially when i mentioned i probably chose the wrong location because i have eaten at yours several times and it probably selected that location first. i know it's very easy to be defensive, i get that, but check your facts and it's important to be a human as well. telling me "i dont know what you want me to do" isn't...

Ordered $80 worth of food and let me say, subway and McDonald’s would have been better quality food. Ordered wings that were chewy and tasted just funny. Got a snotty response when we asked for an extra ranch. ( since they gave us pizza sauce instead of ranch for my sons tenders). Put oil and vinegar on 2 subs that said only mayo. Paid for extra cheese and barely got any cheese at all on the CHEESEsteak. Paid for extra onion and mushrooms and guess what, we didn’t get mushrooms at all and barely any onions. Fries tasted and felt like they have been sitting for quite sometime. Asked for the one cold sub to be toasted completely because of pregnancy and not being able to have non -heated deli meat. Well the bun was toasted but the “sub” as a whole was not. I was very disappointed. For being a new place and new customer you would think they would care. Then when my husband called and complained they texted us a copy of the receipt. Like I know what I ordered, you already gave me a receipt...I don’t...
