Very legit little restaurant. I got a chicken platter ($15) and a pork tamale ($4) to go for lunch for $20 paying by card. The execution was perfect. Platter: Tastefully seasoned and perfectly cooked chicken leg quarter on a bed of rice (yellow rice with peas) with a decent amount of very fresh salad (lettuce, sliced grape tomato, bit of onion, bit of raw carrot). The platter came with two good-size pieces of lime, a solo cup of salsa verde, a solo cup of pico de gallo, a slightly bigger cup of a delicious black bean sauce, and four thick corn tortillas / patties. The tamale was homemade, with a piece of roasted pork and a couple slices of roasted peppers.
