Burger King — Restaurant in Pennsylvania

Definitely a better deal and prices then McDonald's who's prices are ridiculous. We came in and each got 2 sandwiches, sm fr, upgraded to a milk shake and my bill was under $5.00. The 2 for menu is definitely worth it especially if you are trying to grab a quick bite to eat or take the kids out for a burger and fries. They even had the tables decorated with easter decorations. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. They were definitely more organized than McDonald's which we went into first and the counter there very small and a line to order and they seemed overwhelmed. Burger King was well staffed and we did not have to wait long for our sandwiches and was well staffed and the staff didn't look like deer in a headlight like at Mc Ds. Definitely will be stopping on here after a long day shopping or a trip to Walmart and hungry after shopping. I was in shock over Mc Donalds $7 something for a quarter pounder w cheese I think it was I saw the price and my fr and I were like wow and all the prices were way above what we had expected so we got back in the cat and drove right over to Burger King and was very pleased with the pricing. I use go work here so I can’t call and complain. I was a a manger but I quit. I went threw the drive threw a few nights ago and Brandi the manager took my order. She was not listening to anything rushing me and just putting what ever she thought I said. I asked for two chicken sandwiches no lettuce she put one and skipped the whole no Lettuce. Asked for two diet cokes and she gave me Fanta. I ordered 2 8 piece nuggets and fries a whopper meal for two one whopper with no tomato no pickle and no lettuce. The other no lettuce onion or tomato. Both whoppers had everything on them. My fries and chicken where cold but for two nuggets on top. I went back threw and complained as the dining room was shut so I couldn’t go in. She said there is no way your nuggets are cold we just made them I said funny there are only two hot the rest are old I didn’t wait 15 min and to have to come back threw. For cold food and I said about the fries and she just screamed pull around she gave me fresh nuggets no new fries and refused to give me a fresh chicken sandwich. Tacobell can not go in fast enough. Don’t waste your money or your time here it’s not worth it. This place has a bunch of trashy people working here. I have to say that this Burger King is the worst Burger King that I've ever been to. My last experience with this location I ordered Rodeo burgers and the onion rings that came on them were disgusting and hard. I also ordered chicken sandwich and a side of onion rings. They asked me to pull to the side because my order would take a few minutes to prepare since they were going to cook fresh onion rings. So my question was if you're going to take time to cook fresh onion rings why not cook fresh chicken for the sandwich because the chicken that was on the sandwich that I ordered was horrible hard unchewable. The side of onion rings that they said they had to cook fresh there were maybe five on top that were fresh the rest on the bottom work hard and disgusting. Mind you that I set waiting for 10 minutes for my food to come out. And it doesn't do any good to call and complain because they just don't care as I have found out. When I have called and let them know that the service that they are providing is not up to quality standards for the Burger King brand. If I could give a half a star I would. This location definitely has its work cut out for it and needs to reevaluate their customer relations and what kind of product they want to...
