Dunkin' — Restaurant in Pennsylvania

This is my local Dunkin, so it's tougher to rate knowing some of the employees, but facts are facts, so here we go. Some employees care more about customer service than others, and it is reflected in the service, food, and atmosphere. Usually open at 4am, the mornings I find are the better time to go. Until the morning rush around 830 or 9, then it's lined back from the drive-through out to the entrance to Burger King. Lunch time is busy as well, and the morning crew's morale is starting to dwindle (you can hear it in the way it comes across the speaker, weak and defeated). The morning crew makes a better coffee and sandwich. They give effort, and it shows. Afternoons is most teenagers or high school graduates. This group has drank a HOT cup of coffee in their life, and it's like Russian roulette on if you're gonna have a good cup or a lousy cup. However, the young yuppies can make a decent frozen or iced coffee! Hardly any positivity through the speaker. It's like ordering with BeN Stein or Herman Munster from the Adams Family. Anyways, afternoon food is mediocre, and you'll get the occasional perfect sandwich or coffee, usually a morning person on shift or young kids got lucky. All and all, it's decent. Traditional Dunkin' with the usual stuff, just wish the afternoon crew made a better cup of coffee consistently. And not all the afternoon crew is lost, there are a few that are shining stars! We get so much free food from this place because they never get the order right. Drinks are always under filled anymore. Avocado toast comes out cold on bread that was never toasted. Bagels are always rock hard. Order a plain bagel with nothing on it, we always end up with a plain bagel with plain cream cheese. The staff likes to blame the customer for their error. This morning I ordered a warmed blueberry muffin. It came out black. I gave it back. The girl working the drive thru window was very nice, but I overheard the one that burned the muffin correcting me on how I ordered the muffin. Since when is a blueberry muffin lightly toasted? Well she got a correcting of her own. I had enough of this despicable establishment. This franchise is so bad that it would benefit from being on undercover boss. I have given this place plenty of chances. Either they don't understand how to make coffee or they don't care to do it right. The manager never orders enough almond milk, because every Sunday I stop in and they are out. Tonight I stopped and ordered a ice coffee with almond milk and I get a splash of milk in my coffee. Now I'm paying $.25 for almond milk any other time my coffee is light and way to sweet so now I have to order my coffee as an iced coffee with just almond milk, but if that's all on getting I think they should actually add the almond milk. No more I will never stop here again. I know people complain about Starbucks but at least when you place an order there...
