Dunkin' — Restaurant in Pennsylvania

My whole experience at this DD was horrible!! To start with when I got my 2 hot coffee's the lid wasn't on and coffee spills out everywhere. So when I tell the girl she says to me..what do you want me to do. Then after all that I get out to the car and the toasted everything bagel with cream cheese wasn't toasted at all. I also ordered 6 sugar jelly munchkins and 6 chocolate glazed munchkins. I got 6 glazed and 6 chocolate glazed. So I go back in to tell the girl she treated me like I was just a complaining customer by rolling her eyes at me. So she takes my bag of munchkins starts taking them out of the bag and put them back on the shelf to re-sell. I said to her your not putting those back are you!? I've already been out to my car with these and put my hands in the bag. So she looks at me grabs one back off the shelf throws it back in the bag and tosses the bag on the counter. Personally myself I'm a clean person with good hygiene. But she's never seen me before she can't just assume those donuts was fine. So then she starts all over again giving me 6 glazed so I said to her it's supposed to be the sugar jelly ones..I was not rude in anyway about any of this. But she sure was rude to me!! To top it all off they didn't even get my coffee right. I ordered reg sugar, extra cream. I think she have me extra extra sugar and extra...

This Dunkin is by far the worst in the entire region. Most of the staff members are clueless at best, or simply plain rude. They desperately need training. One staff member starts making your coffee, then walks away to do something else, then checks their phone for 5 minutes, then starts talking to another employee, meanwhile your coffee is just sitting there. Starbucks operates totally differently and it works a lot better. Their avocado toast is a joke. 9 times out of 10, the bread is either burnt, or still frozen. The avocado spread is smeared all over the sides of the toast so when you grab it, the spread gets all over your fingers. The drive-thru window is another joke (when it is open). It is disorganized and chaotic. The wait time is too long. Some of the staff members don't even know if you've already paid or not. They seem to be totally clueless. At the counter, most of the staff members do not greet you. Some of them wear civilian clothes so you don't even know if they work there or not. And once again, most of the people working behind the counter seem to be totally clueless and hazed. This place needs to close, or they need a much much much better management team to totally...

Sitting outside 4:39 says open girl is behind counter blatantly ignored several questions about opening she was no doubt slow donuts still sitting in store lobby when she has no choice but to answer she said they open at 5 website says open now !!! I have been a customer here everytime I travel for 15 yrs and she is despicable you need to find better help with a better personality extremely rude and the service gets worse and worse everytime I come here today it was a toss up who wins the worst customer service the girl behind the Dunkins counter or the cashier at the gas station bypass this place if you can !! Over priced and terrible service...
