MARCH 2024 UPDATE Egg McMuffin combo with small coffee was $8.25. 4 years ago this same combo was $5.15. In 4 years it has increased in price by 78 cents every 12 months or 15% EACH YEAR. Inflation (CPI) in 2020 was 1.4%, 7.5% in 2021, 6.5% in 2022, and 3.4%. When I look at the bulk cost of each ingredient that breakfast costs around $1.40. Even if energy, transportation, and labor get you to $4, McDonalds is making 100% profit on this breakfast. There no longer is any value to eating this sub-par junk food...
AUGUST 2023 UPDATE Nothing has changed here. The absolute slowest McDonalds within a 50 mile radius. What I don't understand is how you can wait over 10 minutes for a simple burger and fries meal and when you actually get it.... IT'S COLD! How does that even happen?! Never again. I am going across the street to Arby's because they are fast, their food is warm, and it does not suck. I don't care if it's first thing in the morning, I would rather have a warm beef and cheddar over an egg mcmuffin and cold hash brown that takes 20 minutes to get. I hate this place. Please tear it down and put in a Chic-Fil-A or Hardee's, not enough of those around.
ORIGINAL REVIEW 2021ish The absolute slowest McDonalds I have ever been to. Every time we go here it is a 15+ minute wait. The staff banters and plays graba$$ with each other instead of making food that customers are waiting on. To make matters worse, they say that you can walk in and order take out only. So instead of customers getting their food and sitting down in the seating areas, they all congregate around the counter waiting for their food. This McDonalds is just a consistently horrible experience with obviously...
Read moreSlow service for being one of three customers (who had already been served) in the restaurant and no cars in the drive-through.
They messed up my simple order of a large iced coffee.
They didn't have large drink cups in stock, so I ordered a medium iced coffee with extra cream and no ice.
I received my order full of ice. I pointed out that it wasn't what I ordered.
They apologized and made me a new drink.
This time, I received a drink without ice, and it was mostly cream with a little bit of coffee.
In fact, I couldn't taste any coffee, only lukewarm cream.
I didn't discover the poor quality of my drink until I got down the road, and I wasn't turning around to get it corrected AGAIN.
Orders occasionally get messed up, and I don't normally fault a fast food restaurant for that, except mine was wrong twice, and the service was painfully slow.
The combination of wrong and slow in an establishment almost completely void of customers is unacceptable for such a simple order.
I was probably expecting too much because it's just a McDonald's, after all is said and done.
It wasn't just the counter service, but all of the employees seemed to be moving in slow motion.
Perhaps ordering an iced coffee without out ice was too confusing.
Maybe they were all conserving energy for the lunch rush that was coming up in four hours, or they were all consecutively having a bad morning.
Management needs to give their employees a pep talk, take away their McQuaaludes, and teach them how to...
Read moreThe subpar service experienced at McDonald's is marked by prolonged wait times, inconsistent order accuracy, and a general lack of attentiveness. Customers often encounter disorganized queues and staff members seemingly overwhelmed by the volume of orders, leading to frustrating delays in receiving meals. Inattentive and indifferent attitudes among some employees contribute to incorrect orders or missed customizations, resulting in dissatisfaction among patrons. Additionally, the absence of proactive assistance or a welcoming demeanor from staff exacerbates the overall impression of substandard service, leaving customers feeling undervalued and disappointed in their dining experience. The bathrooms exhibit a distressing state of neglect, characterized by grime-coated surfaces and a pervasive odor that taints the air upon entry. Stained tiles, smeared mirrors, and unkempt countertops bear witness to accumulated neglect, while the floors host an unsettling amalgamation of dust, litter, and water puddles. The corners, often overlooked, harbor cobwebs and unidentified filth, hinting at a lack of routine maintenance. Insufficiently stocked supplies and malfunctioning fixtures further compound the issue, leaving a disheartening impression of disregard for cleanliness and...
