I’ve even accepted the frustration of trying to reach you by phone, which often takes 10 minutes or more—likely because you don’t have call waiting. But what I can’t overlook is the inconsistency in quality, especially as your prices continue to rise. Pizza should be evenly rolled and properly made so it doesn’t fall apart while eating. No one wants soggy pizza straight from the oven just because the person making it is careless or untrained. Then there’s the issue with your heroes. It’s hard to ignore the way you slice the tops to reduce the filling—it's noticeable. If I order a meatball hero, I expect actual meatballs, not just bread with sauce and cheese. I don’t come in asking for discounts or trying to bargain, so I expect the quality to be consistent every time I visit. After all, this is a restaurant, and the food isn’t free. So I've been coming here sinch the other place went cheap on their food, now closed. Reno's food was delicious. Sad to say the food has changed, not for better. I get the smaller portions on the chicken tenders, it's an app. But the fries were soggy and undercooked But the pizza was a bit sweeter, which I don't like, and the chunks of sausage were tasteless, what happened to the long slices of sausage?? Some slices of the pie had 2-3 chunks on it, none had much, and did I say tasteless? They def had a change in atmosphere, they used to be talking to each other, now they look miserable I guess they honeymoon is over and they don't want to be here anymore. I guess when they shortened their hours and lost money because people didn't order early enough, yes, the not picking up the phone when they were supposed to be open means people go elsewhere.
