Accidentally showed up fairly close to closing time and the owner was shuttering up early for the day. When he saw me obliviously looking at the menu he turned the gas back on, opened the shutter and took my order with a smile before I even realized what was going on, and promised to have the food out to our car for us.

My wife and I have been looking for decent food since moving to the area 4 years ago, and with a fair few exceptions, we always leave rather disappointed. A lot of the options are varieties of the exact same menu. This experience was way, way different. The food truck was understated looking, next to a gas station but exactly, and I mean exactly, what we've been looking for. WOW. I’ve tasted some amazing gyros from San Fran and NYC to the Grecian isles. And this is the best that I have ever had. Would not have expected to find it in Destin, FL, but my spouse even agreed.
