When it first opened the teen boys that worked there had amazing customer service and were very helpful. The past two times I’ve gone the same two young girls working in the evenings are there and are horrible. Even the older women working last night was lacking basic customer service skills. I intended to buy ice cream for my family of five, however after being ignored, then asking to be helped and they still didn’t help me. I just walked out absolutely ridiculous. It’s not as if they were even busy. There was one other customer in there and three employees. They ignore you, to do what looks like busy work of wiping counters down and taking to each other. It’s worth the drive to go to Cold Stones at four corners much better customer service and better quality...

Our local Baskin Robbins is a true gem! I stopped in and ordered a banana split with three different flavors—each one was rich, creamy, and full of flavor. To my surprise, they also had mangoneadas on the menu, one of my all-time favorite frozen treats! It instantly took me back to my teen years.

The owner and her staff were welcoming, friendly, and very efficient. You can tell they care about the customer experience, and it really shows. I highly recommend stopping by for a sweet treat. Let’s keep supporting this awesome local franchise—I’m excited to...

I'm a big fan of Baskin Robbins, but my first experience at this new store was disappointing. The staff seemed inexperienced, and the manager was outside chatting instead of helping customers. I paid $6.50 for two scoops, which were so small I had to ask for them to be redone. When I asked for sprinkles, I got about ten and had to ask for more.
