When it first opened the teen boys that worked there had amazing customer service and were very helpful. The past two times I’ve gone the same two young girls working in the evenings are there and are horrible. Even the older women working last night was lacking basic customer service skills. I intended to buy ice cream for my family of five, however after being ignored, then asking to be helped and they still didn’t help me. I just walked out absolutely ridiculous. It’s not as if they were even busy. There was one other customer in there and three employees. They ignore you, to do what looks like busy work of wiping counters down and taking to each other. To my surprise, they also had mangoneadas on the menu, one of my all-time favorite frozen treats! It instantly took me back to my teen years.
