Joe's Tacos — Restaurant in Peoria

I've gone here several of times and unfortunately it doesn't get better for me but I do think that their customer service, prices and menu options are excellent. Great atmosphere and set up.

I am a taco lover and this place is pretty good compared to most taco trucks. We all know they can be a hit or miss. However, most of the time, they're good. Good amount of sauce and toppings.

This last time I placed an order online instead because there's usually a line and I picked them up as soon as they said it would be ready and my tacos were not edible once I returned back to my car in their parking lot. I was starving and decided to eat it right away in the car before pulling off! The corn tortilla was already broken in half once I grabbed it and then it kept breaking from that point. So I had to use a fork. I couldn't eat it like a regular taco. It was soggy and crammed in a tiny box. I expected a different experience. I'm not sure why it turned out this way but I'm sure that this isn't the case all the time since there hasn't been a lot of complaints. Must have been that day only. Things happen. So I wouldn't suggest online ordering? I was too tired and annoyed to even bring it back to get fixed because the tacos just didn't hit that day neither.

But test your luck, 4/5 times it could be excellent!

Otherwise, decent place! Just want to provide honest feedback for the sake of improvement because I'd love to see...

One of the best spots for delicious tacos in the area! My family and I moved to Surprise about 2 months ago, and I must say I was very impressed by the quality and quantity of the tacos at Joe's Taco Truck! Omg! Their aguas frescas are PHENOMENAL!!! We got the Jamaica (Hibiscus), and the Cucumber Lemonade with mint I believe it was, whixh come in a large mason jar - Delicious!!! I totally recommend this spot to anyone that is craving some well worth Tacos! Keep up the great work! I have definitely added this place to my list of favorites. We tried one of each taco, gotta say... They all were fantastic! But... omg, the Nopal one was out of this world! Never had it and lived it! Amazing tacos, great variety, Amazing drinks, great service, and the time is reasonable as they did have a lot of clientele. P.S. my niece couldn't wait so the Jamaica is...

Joe's Tacos are consistently good. The original tacos are good, but then you take it a step further and get the toasted tacos and they're that much better. You can't go wrong with toasted cheese around a yellow corn tortilla with your choice of protein. For me, I like the carne asada and the al pastor. The salsas are tasty and have a little kick to them, but not so much that most folks couldn't tolerate. Wash these down with one of their aguas frescas. My favorites are horchata and jamaica (hibiscus). Though my family and I have been here many times, today I took my friend for the first time. He enjoyed the food and loved the limon pepino menta agua fresca so much that he took an extra three to drink throughout the week. This place is definitely worth a try and I am sure most people will agree that there's few taco spots as good as...
