This place has gone down hill and it’s sad because this use to be my favorite place to eat. I’m only giving one star because I have to or else they would get nothing. Today my husband and I decided to have lunch and the service was horrible not to mention the food was cold and took way to long for there only being 5 customers inside 3 of which already had their food and we’re eating. We waited 15 minutes before anyone noticed the fact that we were waiting to be seated and once seated it took almost another 30 minutes to receive our food which by the way once we received it not only was it cold but it tasted like they added sugar to our beef noodles. When I asked our waitress about it she replied that she would ask the manager if he could remake it but she wasn’t sure if he would then proceeded to roll her eyes and sigh loudly like it was my fault so I kindly ask her to not worry and remove it from my check altogether after another sigh she takes the plate and then returned with the pate and tells me the manager said I had to pay for it since I ate half of it which was wrong I took two bites and my husband took one to taste it so nowhere near a half plate worth, I asked to speak to the manager and she said ok then walks away after a bit she comes back still no manager and asks if we wanted our check so i said yes when she returned with our check I noticed they were still charging us for half the price of the noodles so when I asked why she said the manager told her to do it again I asked to speak with said manager yet they never came so she walks away comes back with our new check and crumbled up the old one the proceeds to give all kinds of attitude so my husband asks her if she went somewhere and it’s was bad would she pay to which she replied no then says she’s not allowed to return food or else he won’t pay her I told her that’s not my fault. To the manager do better on training your staff better manners and customer service and if she’s right about you not paying her if someone returns food then you yourself are part of the problem. The customer is always number 1 especially if they choose to spend their hard earned money in your establishment. Unfortunately we will never return to support your...
Read moreWent here for date night. We wanted to see how the Japanese-Mexican sushi fusion works. We really enjoyed it! The portions are great, the prices are reasonable, the food tastes great. Also took my sisters there on a different night.
Pros: we spent about $50 between the two of us. I had 1 Margherita and my husband had pink lemonade. We had a salad and a platter of the mexicana (I think that's what it's called) sushi roll. It was spicy and fresh, great flavors. My sister ordered a corne asada roll and we loved it! They have spacious outdoor seating area.
Cons: the fun of sushi night is trying different things. I really think the experience would be better if instead of a whole platter with one type of sushi roll, they had more mixed sushi platters. They don't insist on masks upon entrance despite the current regulation. We saw a couple of people enter without masks. I was also hoping for more of a vibe given the Mexican influence. They played music but there's something missing from an ambiance perspective. The server was also not entirely helpful in helping us decide our meal choices and did not seem knowledgeable on the menu. The outdoor seating area could also use some sprucing up, it definitely...
Read moreWorst customer service ever. They actually don't deserve one star. Zero would be more appropriate.
Ordered food at 3 for pickup 5:30. When my husband goes to pick it up, they say that they couldn't fulfill the order because they don't make the bento boxes in the evening. He says why didn't you let us know when my wife ordered. Well, we tried calling you afterwards but no one answered. Interesting . . . not a single missed call. They say they'll make an exception and make it now for him. He comes back 20 minutes later, and they say, oops, we couldn't key it in the system. Again, they apparently didn't know this when they communicated to him 20 minutes before and they again didn't try to call let us know. I call later and ask why didn't you just key it in the system as something else so you would have something to give my husband when he came back with my hungry son 20 minutes later? They say, we could give you a credit. Good grief. Never again. Please, for your own sake, learn some customer service skills. As a business owner, I can't even imagine treating a customer like that. ...
