Branded is a wonderful addition to our community!!! In a day and age of big corporate chain retailers, it comes as a breath of fresh air to have a locally owned family business to support. The staff is friendly and professional. The product is far superior to the other options in town, and the variety of options seems limitless. Terrible Costumer Service, I walk in to this coffee shop to ask if they can remake my coffee that I purchased a day ago because it tasted watered down but when I explain my experience of the coffee I’m treated like I’m stupid because it’s an ice coffee has no ice no more she wanted to go ahead and tell me it’s already watered down therefore she cannot remake it.
