*The owner keeps trying to contact Google to remove my review. It will never live up to the original, but they are definitely trying. There are things that you can and cannot control. I appreciate the upgrades to the facility, it was well needed. I think that your "managers" are going to drive you right into the ground. Sitting at the bar drinking, going out to smoke every 5 minutes and barking demands to the staff. That's definitely a huge red flag right there. They could at least check on customers and ask how they like the remodel, etc. But nope. That issue alone is rubbing me the wrong way and I fear that it is going to hurt your reputation real quick. You have big shoes to fill, having all of these useless managers is going to drain your bank and guest experience. Just my two cents. A group of 10 of us are in town for cedar point. After a Google search, we decided to try the Old Dutch Tavern, which, after a call was happy to accommodate our big group. Too much food to name, but literally all the food was all really really good. Onion rings and pepperoni melt were the winners for me, personally. Very reasonably priced menu. Ally was a fantastic server, very friendly and super accommodating to us. And don’t forget to try the candied jalapeños if you like spice, which we’ve never heard of before, but bought two 2 jars to bring home.

It was good and well made. The staff was friendly. The onion rings were golden brown, fresh and crispy. The Dutch burger was fresh, juicy and tasted great. The atmosphere when we went Saturday near 5pm was kind of dead. Honestly I was surprised there wasn't anyone else there eating. Maybe its their location on why they wasnt busy. Or maybe they dont advertise that well or they possibly may not even understand the analytics and foot traffic. If I was them I would advertise hard because they could make a killing and possibly move different locations. Please go there to see if you enjoy it...
