Valentino's Pizza & Sports Bar — Restaurant in Perris

On June 9 2025, I had a taste for some Lasagna. Where I live, there aren’t many Italian restaurants, however. I found Valentino’s, never had been there . When I for there. I looked at the menu and it stated lasagna, salad, and garlic bread for $14.99 that’s what I ordered, however she said it’s either the salad or bread. I showed her what the menu said and she said ya.. that’s a typo and the owner hasn’t fixed it yet. To me I should have gotten what it said, anyway I ordered the soda, lasagna, and garlic bread to go. My order took longer than I expected, for she was the only person there. , besides myself, there were about 4 other customers there she had to tend to. She was nice to me and other customers. They have 2 pool tables, and there were customers playing pool. To me it’s a place to meet up after work. I got my order and went home. My order had a good portion of lasagna and a good size of garlic bread. The lasagna looked and smelled good however it was way too SALTY… I couldn’t eat it because I have high blood pressure and take 3 pills a day for it. Waited 2 hours for order to be delivered on a not busy Wednesday evening. Got a completely wrong order that was stone cold. Called in and was put on hold for 10 minutes then someone picked up the phone and just hung it up. Called back and after telling the manager what happened he said we got "hooked up with the toppings" because their cook had already left and I guess everyone else there could care less about what you ordered and will only give you whatever they feel like making whether you like it or not! Refused to give us a refund for delivering cold food that we did not order 2 hours after we ordered it! Bottom line no concern about the customer after they get their money! We (family) have been ordering food from here for many years. However, food quality has gone down lately. We ordered food yesterday (07-06-2021) and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. 40 minutes later we arrived to pick up our food and waited an additional 25 minutes because it wasn't ready. The cooks were in the back joking around and I could tell that the girl working the front was getting frustrated because the pressure was on her. The only thing we ordered were two spaghettis, salad and small pizza. Spaghetti was ok and the salad was just lettuce with literally 3 small pieces of tomatoes! This place used to be good.
