Be aware of this location possibly not being open like it says on the app.
I checked the app before heading to this location and it said it was opened. Arrived with about 20 minutes before close. It was a last minute decision and it was the closest. They were closed early, drive thru and lobby. The lady inside gestured rudely that they were closed. We had to inform a family that also arrived thinking they were open. It was my first time ever going to this location so if there were signs letting people know in advance I wouldn’t have known. I trusted the app and drove there for nothing.
Luckily the one further down Ramona was still open on the app as well. They were actually open unlike this one. Go to that one because omg their customer service was great. They’re open a bit longer so for them to still have amazing customer service with about a bit over an hour left until close made my night. We joked around and they told us to be careful with all the fireworks happening.
To the lady that rudely gestured they were closed instead of taking the decency to come to the door to let us know or gesture it better please work on your customer service. She seemed bothered/offended we even attempted to walk to the door. Unfortunately after giving this one a try 4 times and having an unpleasant experience every single time I will be taking my buisness to the one in ramona from now on. The customer service is always bad as if you are not paying for your own drink. Management needs to check on their staff and retrain them on what working a customer service job is.
