Chuck's Drive-In — Restaurant in Perry Township

Stopped there today for a treat and ordered some hot food went through the drive thru. The girl was super nice that took my order pulled up to #2 waiting spot. We got our ice cream treats first then about 10 or so minutes later we got our hot food they forgot our drink so I had to ask about that. Then my son opened up his cheese burgers and they had everything on them which I ordered plain and it said on the receipt plain cheese burgers. When the employee came back with our drink I told her I didn't get plain cheese burgers and I showed her. She apologize and took them back and had new ones made. Waited another 15 mins got the 2 cheese burgers open them up and there was no cheese and ketchup was on them! Irritated at this point with an upset child because he was hungry and they couldn't get his order right. So I walked into the restaurant showed them again that it was messed up. The employee proceeded to take both burgers back to the kitchen and the cook just wiped the ketchup off and gave it back to me again with no cheese. I said I need to have cheese on these also. Brought the burgers back to the kitchen and slapped a slice of cheese on each of them. Seriously, you can't get my order right the first time it took 4 times to get it the correct way and it still wasn't! Then you proceed to just take the 2 burgers that have ketchup on them and wipe it off and give it back to me! Like I'm not gonna notice! I was just fed up and left with the food I got. I called my order in to Chuck’s drive in at 8:15. And the girl told me to it’ll be ready in five or 10 minutes. I showed up in 15 and waited in the drive-through for 10 or 15 minutes while the girl was joking around with the vehicle in front of me when she could’ve just waive them to the waiting area. Then I got there and they hadn’t even started on my order. No problem must be busy. She told me to go to the waiting area. I waited in the where it waiting area for another 20 minutes at leastAnd watched three or four orders go out while I was still waiting. No problem must’ve been a mixup. The girl finally comes out with my food at 8:55, 40 minutes after I ordered it And said “so you order this food at 8:15 and you don’t come and pick it up until 845? in a snotty tone. So I'm disappointed that you can call them and get an order taken online and no one answers and now I just one time did I call I called five times and a friend of mine called once we're sitting next to each other then she gets there they give her the Banana Splits before they give her the meal so if you're not going to answer your phone's don't put it on the web that you will I also called the Google number too and it rang and it would just ring until it got tired of ringing and it told me the wireless customer is not available so the food was Fair but the service was not what I would say for a small town would be and for the price that I paid for this for the small is not up to it because I have ate at small towns before and they were very good...
