Subway — Restaurant in Perry Township

Stopped in for lunch, ordered two subs. Took a couple minutes for us to even be attended to despite ringing the bell at the counter twice. Employee was crying and constantly had to wipe her nose while making our sandwiches.

My sub wasn't even on the right bread. My girlfriend's sandwich had raw, uncooked bacon on it and the cheese was completely skipped over. We paid before she was finished with her order because the guy at the register seemed like he just didn't want to be there. Subs were both very poorly wrapped and everything was just thrown onto the bread.

Atmosphere was just super awkward in general. Didn't appreciate that I had to worry about snot getting onto our sandwiches the whole time we were ordering. Also the uncooked bacon portion was extremely dangerous and my girlfriend was lucky she caught it before she started eating.

Regardless of whatever might've been happening before we stopped in, the guy should have stepped in to help instead of completely disappearing as soon as we finished paying. Service was extremely slow for two untoasted subs. Took nearly 20 minutes when it really should've only taken a quarter...

Wonderfully helpful staff, thoughtful and generous. Very thorough sandwiches and they don't skimp on ingredients here. Bread was served hot and fresh. Best counter-side manner. I asked for basil, and got oregano but that was an improvement on my sandwich design for future trips. Turkey wrap! spinach bun! green peppers, hold the bananas, hold the lettuce, hold the bacon, extra spinach, sprinkle those tomatos please, hold the onions, hold the cheddar, hold the cucumber, hold the olives, gimme some of that pepper jack, hold the Mayo, hold the sweet onion, hold the mustard, hold the vinegar, I need olive oil, and pile that basil up, but if it's oregano that's fine, I don't know the difference. Where's the guac? I need some guac, yeah that guac is good, no I don't need new guac please for me thank you. Finish that order with these salty lays potato crisps please. Very affordable, all for under 9 but served over the counter with class. That's the way subs are subbed...

I'm only giving 1 star so I can post a review. I placed an online order today and my app defaulted my location to a different state, but I didn't realize until I went to my location to pick up my food. I called the location that the order was accidentally placed at and I was told they were unable to give me a refund to my card, only cash if I came in in person. I live over 2 hours away. I was told to call corporate or dispute it with my bank. Corporate doesn't allow you to actually speak with a human to initiate a refund. Very bad...
