Burger King — Restaurant in Perry

Went here in the morning to kill a little time before picking someone up from the hospital in Owosso. Made my order and end up waiting 10 minutes to get it mainly due to the fact that the prior customer who ordered a less expensive meal grabbed when I later found out was my order and left because of the slow serving time. The manager on-duty asked me what I was waiting on I told her I was waiting on one of their egg normous burrito and she told me that the prayer customer walked off with my order. She said she called it but I didn't respond although I didn't hear her that well. They were quick to rectify it and made a replacement burrito and gave me a free side of hash browns for the whole ordeal. The way the manager came across what's his though I was paying attention to the prior customer's orders and that I was supposed to be paying attention to what they were grabbing. This was clearly not the case as I went and sat down after I made my order to put my phone on the charger so I can browse the internet while I waited for about 25 minutes before getting back on the road. Burrito was excellent, food was hot as I expected it to be. I ordered a coffee and apparently all the creams and sugars are on the server side of the ordering desk, which was different for me to encounter especially from a Burger King. I was not asked if I wanted cream or sugar at the register and I had to ask for it separately. No big hassle but just a little detail to make note of. Staff was plenty friendly enough and within an hour and a half I was back again with the person I was picking up from the hospital so we can get a 2 for 6 deal. This order was meant to be carry out but the teller did not ask whether it was dine-in or take-out. And both my burgers came up on a serving tray I had to quickly clarify that it was to go. Again nothing major, but details matter especially when you're on a time constraint. Overall say the place made good food and everything else was fine. Staff was friendly and we're quick to rectify...

We went through the drive through for food, tonight. The male manager is often rude, irritable and has no customer service skills. He jumps in and cursor the person working, asks a question and has a terrible attitude. We got to the window and I bagan asking if they could add a plain burger to my order. The lady cut me of and said NO, no adds. You will have to go all the way around ND come in to do that. Let me say, not only was there no one behind us, there was no one inside. We waited about 8 minutes for our food. They crammed our food for a family of 3 into one bag,crammed it I to the point that the bag was ripped. When we got our food home, my chicken wrap was open faced in the wrapper, everything was all messed up in the wrapper. My food was cold, my husband ended up woth a half of a small fry, even though I asked for medium. No straws, no napkins, no sauces. We won't be going back to BK in...

I wish i could give zero stars. The lady who greated me at the order board was rude to start. And I had a moblie order so there wasn't much she needed to do. But when I got to the window I watch the lady bagging my food with no gloves on and touching all of my fries. Literally grabbing them from the tip and touching all the fries with her bare hand. Like how do I know she washed her hands. For all I know she could have just came out of the bathroom and didn't wash her hands and yet she's there touching my children food as well as my husband's and my food with bare hands. They need to start wearing gloves when bagging orders cause that's disgusting to watch some stranger touch the food your about to eat with their bare hands. Not to mention who forgets to order toys, a dang cookie isn't goin make up for a toy to a 4 and 2 year that...
