Just moved here and placed an order for Honey chicken and Broccoli n Beef, well get home and I had sweet n sour chicken in which I'm allergic to Red Peppers, so I drive back into town and tell them I accidentally got sweet n sour and I'm allerg9c to peppers. The lady working whom I'm assuming was owner or manager got defensive IMMEDIATELY even though I was smiling and understanding just wanted what I order abd something that would not kick off allergies. She argues with me telling me that was Honey chicken and I explained it didn't look like ANY Honey chicken I have ever had, that it looks like sweet n sour and she rudely says "well what do you want then huh?" Like it was my fault. After being treated like garbage for wanting what I actually ordered I told her nevermind I'll handle it with my bank and left, she followed me outside and was yelling at me outside. Who does that? I will NEVER step foot in there again and will never recommend them! I've never had anyone act like that especially when I made sure to smile and tell her mistakes happen before we even started the conversation. Customer service goes...
Read moreI'm not sure what other reviewers are referring to when they say the food was great, it's their go to restaurant, etc. Ours was horrible. I ordered the orange chicken and the rice was dry. My chicken was the same as the chicken you get at cheap buffet restaurants. The broccoli was still crunchy. My dad ordered the almond boneless chicken. The batter didn't look like batter, it looked more like pastry dough or something similar wrapped around the chicken breast. The chicken breast was similar to GFS style middle school cafeteria chicken. His rice was also dry. The egg rolls were okay. The spring rolls were dry, had hardly anything in them, and cheap. I think the ones you throw in the microwave that you find in the freezer section at aldi are better. You probably think I'm being overly critical and mean just to be mean, but I'm not trying to be mean. I'm just being honest. This is the worst meal I've had in a long time and it was very...
Read moreDrove from Williamston to Perry specifically to pick up dinner. When I got back to Williamston I noticed they gave me the completely wrong order so I called the restaurant as soon as I realized what they did. The girl who answered the phone said the only way she can do anything is if I bring the food back. I explained that I'm in Williamston & I'm not driving all the way back to Perry tonight. She said well, that's the only way you're gonna get a new order. 100% I'll never order form them again & I'll be calling the health department first thing tmrw to let them know about their return food policy. If you're not familiar - it's a health department violation for restaurants to not only demand that you bring food back to their establishment - they aren't allowed to accept food once they've given it to a customer regardless of the reason. ...
