Perry Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Perry

Passing through looking for something to do and my first visit to this place. Open pool tables so that was a good thing, we ordered a couple of beers and ask for a few minutes to look over the menu, and begin a pool game. He never came back over to ask if we wanted food or anything else. We put money in the Jukebox and could barely even hear it. I asked if it could be turned up and he barely turned it up. A family at the pool table next to us had also played a couple of songs and you could tell they were a little angry that they couldn't hear their music. Since he never came back to see if we wanted anything, I went to the counter and ordered an appetizer, the fried green beans for $7.50. When he brought it out I was shocked and immediately pissed off. There were 13 green beans in this basket, count them, 13! For $7.50!! What the hell. An appetizer should at least be a shareable. I literally had five green beans . What a joke, for $1.50 more I could have had a whole meal. This pissed me off so much I couldn't even concentrate to play pool, my boyfriend went up to ask him to please turn up the juke box so we could hear the music and he snapped back that he needed to be able to hear when people phoned in orders. My boyfriend told him well for a buck a song we wanted to hear the music. What about the customer standing right in front of you! How is it my problem that you can't hear your telephone. I'm still reeling over a $7.50 appetizer that was worth maybe three bucks. Ridiculous! It's not about the money, it's about the value and the customer. It's a place I would never go back to for those reasons. They can take their beans and shove them where the sun...

There are two awesome young ladies that work there and are Great, the food is delicious the issue is the wait staff and who is serving that night! That is what we look for and know it will be along now night before our order is taken and we are served! We call it in and the dinner gets cold before we get any one to serve us!! Some of the wait staff Never check back if you have the right order or give you a bill, and yes if you are a regular you will get a better Response. The Sad thing is they split the tip and the bad serve staff gets a tip when they were Not efficient off the wait staff that were! I have an aunt that has a disability and we parked way down the lot just because poepme that had an order to go parked near the door! How sad!! They have awesome food but some of the wait staff are bad and not Picking up after some considerable time but they do not get rid of. Them, I was told they were friends of the owners! The owners need to Make up their mind if they want repeat customers or keep their friends, otherwise awesome food!! Would Highly recommend if they had a good wait staff and better Parking...

Bartender gives your food order to other people and tells you that it was thrown away an hour prior but the food was ordered just before that. And the rest of the food was still sackedbuo and on the counter. Bartender said they were closing and people were tabbing out and it didn't look like anyone was moving anytime soon. The bar doesn't close for another hour. Bartenders also have talked bad about other customers and their fellow coworkers to customers. They have allowed people vaping inside instead of the smoking area, and b have allowed dogs in there that were not service animals where people eat at. The owner doesn't correct this.
