The digital kiosk robotic ordering system is a good idea, but kiosk orders don't translate to the human servers. The servers missed multiple items on our receipt when the order pinged as "ready." We paid extra for tomatoes on our cheese burgers but they said they don't have any even though they charged us anyway at the kiosk. What's ridiculous is that after some complaints they "found" some tomatoes. The confusing issue of it all is likely due to their disorganization. If any other customer runs into issues I suggest asking for the manager instead of bickering with the servers. You won't like eye rolls as responses to your simple asks.
The quality of the food was below average. Caesar salad had too much dressing, I wish they give me the option to add the dressing myself. The cheese burger buns were like cardboard. I have no complaints for the fries.
The location is great because it's right in the water park. The custodial staff keep the area very clean.

For a place that's supposed to be kid-friendly, the lack of healthy options is concerning. The food was overly greasy and far from nutritious. Even the so-called "healthy" choices were questionable, with everything seeming to come straight out of the freezer.
