Absolutely awful service. I called in. Was told 15 minutes. Showed up in 25 minutes, with only 2 people in front of me I waited 30 minutes before the kid behind the counter go to me, and when she did I was basically ignored. I told her my order number and what I had, and tried saving her a trip to hand her my card, she looked at me and said things are too confusing for her to make 1 trip. My mom and I came from California to visit my grandma. We stopped for lunch at Pizza Barn yesterday and had a great experience. My mom ordered a roast beef sandwich, which was rare, just the way she wanted it! I ordered a personal pineapple pizza and we both got a drink. The service was quick, and I've been here a handful of times and had the same experience. In the past, I've gotten a veggie sandwich, which was also very delicious. Overall decent pizza, but what made me write this review was the Gluten Free Pizza. My boyfriend has Celiac and therefore Pizza is usually a no-go for him unless we make it at home. The staff promised us that they would take every precaution they could to prevent their gluten free crust from touching any contaminated surface, and they came through!
