Lucky Pizza — Restaurant in Petersburg

Rude cashier, was on the phone with a friend in headphones and continued their conversation through taking my order. I paid exact change on a 20 so I didn’t get a bunch of change back, I had to explain that’s why I gave them as much as I did, then was given all 1’s anyways. Facility had an I mopped floor and from my view no clean tables despite having no one else in the facility. Given I didn’t walk around but the three tables closest to me were unkept and the seating was about as dirty as the floors and tables. The food is overpriced for the quality received. Many old used salt and pepper packets laid out on the counter. The dine in atmosphere had a good taste of music however many flys were present once I started eating. The single slice pizza available appears to to be rather old and unappealing. However the sub I ordered was pricy but well worth its value in quality and quantity. I would give three stars based off the food quality alone but I knocked an additional star when I noticed an employee had seemed to be selling drugs out of the facility...

Worst pizza I've ever even heard of. I wanted to try delivery because we got a flier that said they have an app (really didn't want to have to talk to anybody) and everything looked so bad I knew that whatever arrived would not leave me disappointed. After waiting for more than an hour with no delivery, I called the restaurant (exactly what I was trying to avoid by ordering on the app) only to be told that my order didn't go through, and I could call when the owner shows up at 5pm if I wanted to make sure that they didn't steal my money. I was clear that I in no way wanted to deal with this establishment any further, so I was very surprised when my phone rang and these people called me to let me know that they somehow just found my order and could deliver it if I wanted (except for the wings...they don't carry the items on their menu). So, two unwanted phone calls, probable credit card fraud, and no food. Worst restaurant...

Even though it’s snowing, Luckys instructed me that they were still delivering. I ordered my pizza at 3 O’clock in the afternoon and was told that it would take an hour to get to me. Mind you I live 10mins away from the colonial heights location. I waited 3 HOURS!! Before I decided to call to them again. Then I was instructed again the pizza will reach me soon it’s in route. ANOTHER HOUR PASSED BEFORE I CALLED AGAIN, THATS WHEN THE EMPLOYEE KEVIN KING( sorry it had to be you) TOLD ME THEY WEREN'T DELIVERING ANYMORE. AFTER FOUR HOURS OF WAITING. HE’S GOING TO TELL ME “I DONT KNOW WHY NO ONE CALLED YOU”. I was appalled and even though it might not have been Kevin’s fault, ITS SOMEBODIES FAULT. So I say that to say this THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. I’m tired of putting up with it, I should’ve wrote this ALONG TIME AGO. Your money could be better spent...
