Golden Skillet — Restaurant in Petersburg

I went there because I was following my Mom, and my sister, and they were getting something from there. I haven't eaten anything from there in about five or six years, because the last time I got food from there, and got it home, it wasn't freshly cooked! I live in North Prince George, (which is about a 25 minute drive from there), but I chose to go there to get the special deal that they used to have on Tuesdays, (which they may still do, but I wouldn't know)! I used to do that on a regular basis, and I usually got food that was fresh, but that time it wasn't, so I called and spoke to the manager/owner, telling him what the problem was, and he adamantly, told me that that didn't happen, and that it couldn't have happened because they always have fresh chicken! I tried telling him who I was, so that he would know that I'm a regular, and that I'm not the type of person who'd lie about it! I suppose he thought that I was trying to get something for free, (which of course I wasn't), but because of his awful customer service skills, (which I realize may be because of many people who do try to get something for nothing), and because he wouldn't even acknowledge that I could possibly be an exception to the kind of people who do that type of thing, I haven't bought anything from there since that incident! I understand that he has a business to run/manage, but when he assumed something about me that is so far from being true, that, to me, was an attack of my character, and my integrity, which I hold in high regard, because I am a Child of GOD, who does make mistakes, but I don't try to cheat anyone! So, even though I'm only one person, and it didn't hurt his business any by losing me as a customer, I don't plan to ever buy from...

I went to Golden Skillet in Petersburg Virginia January 7th and I ordered three piece two thighs and leg and some fries and then I ordered some gizzard and I had a biscuit with my chicken the biscuit will burnt hard as a rock the chicken was like leftover and we cook the french fries was like leftover and we cook I used to go to Golden Skillet a whole lot and I was working but my lunch but I thought about them and wanted me some chicken I'm sorry I went it's the worst chicken I ever had in my life I don't know what happened to Golden Skillet it used to be the best and delicious I would never ever go back there again unless I hear they doing Better I don't know what happened to them maybe I went too early I don't know but for $18 some change it should take better than that I give them zero star thank you...
