Starbucks — Restaurant in Pflugerville

My husband and I come to this location every day it is so convenient because it's on our way to work. But if it was out of the way, we would still come here because of staff....Cynthia, sam, Emily, Austin, and so many others that I'm going to have to come back and edit this when I'm not so sleepy and I can remember their names! Every day we drive up and they already know our orders it's the kind of attentiveness and care and friendliness that you want to come across first thing in your morning when you're not awake yet. If you don't go to this location I strongly suggest you give them a try because everyone here is amazing even the newest members are getting to know us and they try so hard to remember orders just like the old timers that have been around since the store opened. I've never gone to a Starbucks where it seems like everybody is equally committed to getting your order correct being friendly remembering what you talk to them about last time just overall could not say enough good things about these people. We literally think of them as our Starbucks people and when one of them is missing we are concerned, lol.

These guys are the absolute best and they will literally put the sunshine...

Hey all! I’m the new store manager for this location! I’ve been with the company since 2005 and a manager since 2014. I’ve been all over the place but this location is “home” for me. I not only live right down the road but so does my family and closest friends. I am very passionate about there being a sense of community while in our store along with just trying to do right by one another.

So with that being said, I take our reviews pretty seriously. I never want anyone to leave feeling unseen or like they didn’t get their money’s worth so I am always open to feedback and genuinely want to make your experience right. @Travis French - I’m the SM here! 👋 .. Since I haven’t been able to take ownership of these reviews yet I am not able to respond individually but I saw that you said the drinks you are getting are constantly low… Unfortunately, hot drinks come with a small amount of foam and then when you also get whip cream on an “extra hot” beverage - it does melt and leave that space (as shown in the pic) - especially after some time goes by.

May I suggest possibly not getting the whip? Or do get it! But then maybe ask for no foam? This should fix that problem right up! Next time you’re in, just ask for me and we’ll make sure to get...
