I preordered a Birthday cake for my husband as cookie dough on the 25th it was to be picked up based on the website on the 28th. Realizing the 28th was Thanksgiving I called to ask about my order and if they would be able to fulfill it and if I would get it on the 28th. I was told it was actually done and I could pick up the 26 or 27th. I decided to pick up the 27th and I was told the cake wasn’t done yet after 20 min of searching the they found the cake but it wasn’t finished. That was followed by asking me to come pick it up later. I was fine with that and agreed. 30 min later I get a call telling me the cake they had wasn’t mine but they would offer me a cake that was made but it wasn’t cookie dough. I was told they had cookies and cream and I would be given a huge discount due to the inconvenience. I agreed because it was my husband’s birthday and the last day to pick up. A few moments later I get another call saying they just received my order yet I called to confirm prior and also I went to the store and they had so many mistakes already. I get to the store and they offered me 5% off which was posted all over the store and was not a “huge” discount. I asked about military discount and they had the nerve to say it’s the same. I would never recommend this place because they made so many mistakes and no one was actually working. Not 1 person walked in the entire time I was there and they tried to act as if my order didn’t exist even though I have a email as proof and called. Teresa was sweet but the discount she offered was horrible. The gentleman who stood behind her making the encounter awkward like he was the owner but monitoring her made me feel as if he was making sure she didn’t give me a discount and make it seem like it was my fault after I left and came back for the cake. Ruined my husbands birthday and I paid $40 for a $41 cake based on the 5% discount which was ridiculous and it didn’t even turn out to be the original cake I ordered with the details. Also if you just received a order you shouldn’t have needed to call me asking what should the cake say. If the cake was forgotten sold or just never made say that and do better....
Read moreThe absolute worst experience I ever had I placed my order online I went inside to pick it up I was ignored for 30 mins one worker walked past me and locked the door and said I need to go out the side door mean while I watched as my food just sat there for 30 mins and it was already sitting there when I walked in then when I finally got somebody they handled the food grossly she had cleaned the counter that everybody’s been touching then stuck her hand un gloved or washed in my bag and was looking through my food continued to clean while handling my food she grabbed a thing of fries with her un gloved hand and actually put them in the bag like ewwww then went and made our drinks and ice cream but before making our ice cream asked if someone made it earlier mind you at the point I was 45 mins in so why would even try to give that to us she made it all with out washing her hands she also tried to give me straws that people had left sitting on the counter along with the drink tote that had others drinks in it like I’m sorry but that’s gross you don’t take other people’s drinks out of a tote to put mine in it grab a different one I spent way to much money on food I won’t let anybody eat because that was so un hygienic to touch someone’s food after or while cleaning I get your busy but I will not let my family get sick because your lazy our food was extremely cold since it was sitting there for almost an hour can’t even post a complaint it won’t let you. After over a year I decided to give them another chance and it was an absolute mistake the cheese curds were cooked so long you couldn’t chew them the fry’s were cold and hard and the ranch dressing was curdled and chunky and it busted all over my chicken so I couldn’t even eat that they didn’t even offer a refund or to remake my food they said they would give me free food on my next visit and honestly I don’t want to eat there ever again super disappointed they haven’t...
Read moreUtterly disappointed. This is the first time I’ve ever had an issue at this particular location. But let me tell you when it’s bad- it’s BAD. I understand short staffing- I’m a nurse. I understand its mostly kids working it. But there are just some standards that shouldn’t be let go. First, my blizzard wasn’t even flipped right because it was already melting so she couldn’t flip it all the way or she’d have to do another. I let it go because I just needed to get back to get my son. ELEVEN minutes I sat at the window waiting for my other orders. Not a single person came to tell me what was wrong, to pull forward- even the manger was watching the window and workers didn’t even come to me. I got to the point I almost knocked on the window. I tried calling the inside but no answer. Finally my sundae arrives and it’s wrong, after clarifying it 3 times over the intercom. The girl said “sorry about the wait, the hot fudge machine …” I said that’s okay but my order is wrong and I wouldn’t eat what she served- or I’d have just let it go. Mind you my sons blizzard is now melting everrrrrrywhere. She copped an attitude with me and refused to speak to me after that. They “fixed” my order but actually didn’t because it was STILL wrong. At this point I’ve been at the drive thru for almost 25 minutes. I just left. Based off of the other reviews it doesn’t appear that the owner cares. The manager didn’t even intervene when she saw the same person sitting at the window for over 10 minutes. Very, very, disappointed but mostly because the workers were rude when I simply mentioned they got my order wrong.
