Dunkin' — Restaurant in Phenix City

1 star is generous. If I was able to pick 0 stars, I would have. Yesterday (6/3) around 1:30 PM, I drove thru the drive thru and ordered a Large Iced Mocha Latte. What I received was more of a "cafe au lait", and no mocha flavor. So I drove back around to the drive thru window and asked for more Mocha, as this was the 3rd time I had received my drink from this very same store with "no mocha". The girl at the window said more mocha would cost an additional charge. For what, I said, as I didn't get any Mocha the first time. When I asked to speak to the manager, she said she was the manager and she stated her name was "Mo". Another young girl also chimed in that my drink was a Mocha Latte and I would need to pay extra for the additional mocha. Her name was "Alice". After haggling with the two of them, Mo (the manager) took my drink cup and supposedly added more mocha ( I couldn't see what she did). She gave me my drink and said "Merry Christmas". How do I know she didn't spit in it. I immediately poured the drink out. I will NEVER Step foot in that Phenix City store again. Columbus is just over the river and they know how to make a Mocha drink. And I'm pretty sure if your drink isn't to your liking, then they will make you another, rather than argue with you. At least Starbucks will definitely remake your order, as that is their mantra, " If it's not to your liking, we'll...

This location is absolutely terrible. They never have any of the most popular donuts. How hard is it to get a few donuts with some chocolate glaze over top? Or some of the other signature donuts that are not the disgusting chocolate cake donuts that they are trying to push on everyone?

I just ordered 6 glazed donuts and 6 of their donuts with chocolate over top.

Got stale glazed donuts and ended up being given 6 of the chocolate cake donuts that also taste stale.

How hard is it to make an order and get it right? How hard is it to stock donuts you know your base wants? This is the 3rd time it's happened in a month and it's always the same thing.

Their espresso drinks are usually on point but that's really about all I can give these guys credit for because this dunkin clearly only prioritizes their coffee now cause God knows their donuts are always out of stock.

I can tell just like all of the other reviews this is going to fall on deaf ears but hopefully at some point someone will be brought in to correct the issues because it's too much of a regular thing to not say something...

This is the absolute best location in the Columbus Tri-City area. They always get your food right and if they don't they make up for it. They always listen to my coffee order and it's always amazing! I've been coming here for years since they've been open, but today one of the employees did something that no one else would have ever done. I just got back from a 17-hour drive from going to a funeral and my brain is on autopilot. I grabbed my coffee and donuts and I had two screaming kids in the back and I pulled forward into the parking lot to hand out donuts. I didn't think anything of it but I forgot my avocado toast. I was outside for a couple of minutes and one of the employees walked around outside to try to find my vehicle to bring me my food. Not many people would take the time to walk outside and come find you to make sure you get what you ordered. Then absolutely made my day and I wish I would have gotten the lady and gentleman's name that we're working today. Thank you guys for your kindness. You'll never know how much this small act of kindness meant to me today....
