Subway — Restaurant in Phenix City

This is the worst subway I’ve ever encountered in my life! On 9/27 I placed a mobile order 2.5 hours before closing. When I arrived at the store to pick up the door was locked. 2 girls were inside the building literally trying to hide behind shelves and the counter. They refused to even come to the door. If you don’t want to make the food, cool whatever but at least give me back my money!!! I have called multiple times (they never answer phone literally rings 100 times) I’ve gone in and told they can’t help me bc there is no manager on the weekends, refuse to give out franchise owners name and number, and here we are 3 days later and I still have yet to talk to anyone or get my 35$ back. This store has young children working that clearly do not know how to run a place of business. I walked in no one was in the store. After 2-3 mins of standing there someone finally comes out of the back. I get my sandwich made and go to pay and there is a roach crawling across the counter. The employees at this job are rude, nasty and disrespectful. I’m not one for reviews but this place treated my husband so bad. He is a very nice and timid man and because their machine was broke they made it seem like it was his card. And then treated him with disrespect. There his sand which away right in front of him.
