7 st pizza — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Was very unsatisfied with this pizzeria I ordered From here for the 1st time and the service was Horrible they have a policy where you have to order $27 or more to get anything deliveredI asked to speak to the manager and the girl that answered told me that he does not speak English so I asked her if he does not speak English how does he understand you.... Anyway I ordered a large pizza With 3 toppings came out to $21 then when I asked how much is my order and how long she told me it was going to be a half hr. And my total was $27 dollars ,.... close to $28 dollars so I asked why did it jump up that high she told me taxes and delivery charge which they'd never said from the start and to top it off I put my order through to try them out and They never showed up after waiting for an hour and a half. I called so I can find out where is my order. But I got NO answer so I assumed they closed for the night. That was my 1st experience with this pizza place and will be my last I will never call THIS place AND order from...
