Fiesta Pizza II — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I ordered pizza and mozzarella fries from fiesta pizza tonight. I requested two extra sides of mayo and extra cheese on the pizza in the notes, because it was not an option when I was choosing what I wanted from the menu. I paid for the order on GrubHub delivered it… After I got my food, I received an email saying I was getting charged extra for “changes that were made.”I ordered pizza and mozzarella fries from fiesta pizza tonight. I paid for the order, and GrubHub delivered it… After I got my food, I received an email saying I was getting charged extra for “changes that were made.” , when I reached out to GrubHub in the restaurant, they told me that the changes (which weren’t actually changes at all because they were in my original order) that were made were the extra cheese and two sides of mayonnaise. Upon my delivery, I never even got the mayonnaise. In addition to that, I am assuming that the pizza did not have extra cheese on it either since they didn’t give me the Meo that I asked for. It is ridiculous that they would charge after the fact, especially since they didn’t even provide what I asked for. I will most likely not be ordering from...

I have ordered from here plenty of times in the past but after last night, never tf again. I used grub hub and this pizzeria uses their own drivers for delivery. (Which is why I would never order from them moving fwd). My delivery instructions are clear, CALL UPON ARRIVAL. I received a text not a phone call and head downstairs. No one was there. So I called the delivery guy and he proceeds to tell me he gave my food to someone else. How tf do you do that? You didnt confirm if it was me? You just handed it over? Weird. So I called the restaurant & the person I spoke to was pleasant. She said we’ll make it over and have him bring it back. Less than 5 mins later he calls to say he made a mistake and he had my food. All of a sudden, he didnt give it away. What a liar. He tried to steal my food bc he assumed I wouldnt be able to reach the restaurant bc they were closing soon. The food wasnt touched everything was sealed and still hot when I took it from him. He proceeded to run in his car and speed down the driveway. Very...

Was told about 50min-1hr. After an hour and 10min, I call and was told they were backed up on the kitchen and it will arrive soon. I wait another 30min, call again and the lady on the phone goes “it’s only been an hour and 19 minutes, we say it takes about an hour” ...then I get a call from a nice guy, I think it was the driver who apologized, but still. By the time it got to my house it was 1hr 45min. I never leave reviews about service on any restaurant, just food. But this it’s unbelievable considering it’s 11pm and I’m getting food I ordered around 9:15pm. They set this delivery guy up for failure. Luckily I’m a nice guy, this poor guy came with missing items and drove all the way back to the restaurant and back to me.

I managed to get a refund. I took one bite and threw it away. Not even exaggerating. I got a meatball hero and it tasted like Campbell’s tomato soup and chef boyardee meatballs. I have no idea how this place...
