I was so excited riding past this fish market to see that they were named Flying Fish. The very next day, I contacted the establishment to ask if they really carried flying fish, to which they replied, yes. Went to the establishment, purchased the fish, only to learn that it is not real flying fish, imported from Barbados. The fish they sell is flying gurnards, which don't fly or even look like real flying fish, in comparison. Not to mention, while the fish is edible, the fins contain a mild poison. I threw them away. Would not recommend for anything other than your standard seafood.

Flying fish is a great seafood spot. I always go for the blue shell crabs they always have a special going on with the dozens. They are clean and does not smell as if it is a seafood store. There blue shell crabs are always a nice size and meaty I am never disappointed when I go there

Pleasantly suprised by this place! I was able to call and get a dozen crabs cooked in 15 minutes. They texted when it was ready and it was an easy pickup! It’s winter so the crabs weren’t heavy but they were VERY FRESH and seasoned well. I will definitely go back

Don’t waste your time here. Very deceptive business practices. Customer service is lousy. I paid for number one crabs but when I got home the size was number two at best, very small and hollow. When I called to complain I was told they would accommodate me the next time I came in. Then when I did they treated me less than and pretended not to know what I was talking about. You don’t treat your customers this way. In business everything is by word of mouth, so losing one customer can actually be 20 or more, add social media….I am sure you get the point. Cameron’s is way better. You may pay a little more but the quality is better and the customer service...

I went to Flying Fish Seafood yesterday after seeing their sign about Live Crabs. I bought an entire bushel of crabs from them and 10 minutes later, they were all dead. Not to mention, that most of the bushel had baby crabs in it. And the majority of the crabs had no meat. A complete waste of $85.00 and a disappointment as far as seafood is concerned. Honestly, I was very excited when I found this place and now I feel completely ripped off. So much for a nice seafood dinner. I was absolutely embarrassed in front of family that the crabs had no meat and were that small. I will not be going back and I do NOT recommend anyone going to...

I usually come here to buy seafood. Today, the day before July 4th, I went in to grab a bunch of clams and blue crabs for a party. The price was ridiculous for $35 for a dozen female. While I was placing my order with a guy, the workers changed the price from $35 to $65. Seriously? You pretended I was not gonna see? Maybe at least do it when there is no paying customer around. I looked at the guy behind me and was like “did they really change the price in 2 seconds” and he was like “they definitely changed the price” I walked out and will never come back. You think it’s ok to rip people off cause it’s the day before the...
