First two times I went everything was fine. Today, I went for the third time and it was not fine. First we stood at one windows, which was manned by a dark skinned young man with braids, who was wearing EARPHONES and walked away from the window without addressing us. I said hello to him. Then I waved at him. Then I knocked on the counter. That's when he turned to me...and walked away. I guess his music was too loud. I asked another young man who was standing between the windows if he could help us. He just shook his head no. So then the young man at the far right windows told everybody to get into his line. But my family,, who had been at the window, was now forced to go to the back of a long line in 95 degree got and humid conditions. Then when we got to the front, he said, I would've served you next and I told him, "Then you shouldn't have served anybody else before us." I told him I didn't appreciate the poor customer service and he apologized. Dude with the terrible attitude walking around with headphones needs to be FIRED. They were out of ice cream and 75% of their water ice flavors as well. Who is Fred? Is there a Fred? You want to support Black businesses but some businesses act like it's owed to...
Read moreI always see long lines at Fred's so I assume that their water ice and service was great, but now that I've went there, unfortunately, I probably won't be going back. We were already waiting in line for about 25 minutes, there were only two people working, then when me and my young niece and nephew got to the window the girl said that her line was closed with at least four to five people waiting behind us -_-, she shut the window and walked away. Shortly after she served a different person at an opposite window around the side. It was extremely unprofessional, and rude! Thankfully, the young lady at the other window did service us, but then there was only one person working and serving two lines. it's unfortunate that I had to give Fred's one star. Hopefully within the next few weeks they will improve. I hope they hire more professional, patient and considerate employees because now that leaves a bad mark on Fred's...
Read moreWell this time I went, & it was actually open when the sign said it was open, unlike the last time I visited this poorly executed try at a business, Google, & the sign on the door said open yet Noone was there. So this time someone was here but to no use because when I asked for three hot dogs, the employee informed me there was only one hot dog ready, and they had no idea how long it took for them to cook on the rollers, & they had no idea how to microwave them either... My point is wow, first they open & close whenever it's convenient for them, and they don't properly train the help!! The only reason I would ever return to this establishment is, because the hot dogs (when properly heated); are amazing!! ...
